As a way to improve the availability of housing and increase the occupancy of our park, we often move used homes onto the property for resale. We price these homes at rock bottom prices, often less than what we paid for them, in order to achieve a quick sale and provide you with a great deal. All of the homes we sell have clear title and are completely set up: blocked/anchored, utilities connected, front and back steps, and skirting installed, so save yourself the $8,000-$9,000 in moving/set up costs and move into a home already set up in our park.
